This proposal seeks approval from the OpenRD DAO to allocate 100,000 sOPEN tokens for the Proof of Talk (PoT) Summit. The tokens are intended to support the PoT team and community in sharing the decentralization message, with a particular focus on promoting Openmesh and its initiatives.

Key Areas of Contribution Facilitation of Openmesh Activities at the Summit: The Summit will enable various Openmesh activities, including the hosting of dedicated workshops, distribution of Xnode Virtual Machine Cards, and other promotional efforts. These activities are designed to enhance understanding and adoption of Openmesh's technologies among summit attendees.

Support for Openmesh Node Adoption Initiative: The PoT Summit will also assist in activating several Layer 1 (L1) blockchain networks as part of the Openmesh Node Adoption Initiative. This initiative is aimed at expanding the deployment and usage of Openmesh nodes across different blockchain platforms, contributing to the broader decentralization movement.

Community Building: The PoT Summit played a role in building and nurturing the Openmesh community in the EU region. The event will serve as a platform for engaging with participants who are interested in decentralization and Openmesh's vision. This community-building effort will help expand Openmesh's reach and influence within the decentralized ecosystem.
