Statement on Compatibility with the DAO's Bylaws: This proposal aligns with the DAO's bylaws by delegating specific authority to the DelegatesP3 for efficient fund disbursement, while ensuring transparency and accountability through regular reporting and oversight.
Definition and Governance of DelegatesP3 1. Purpose:
The DelegatesP3 are established to manage and execute tasks related to content creation and community growth initiatives for Openmesh.
These teams will be governed by a multisig wallet specifically created for managing the allocation and distribution of sOPEN tokens for this initiative.

The DelegatesP3 will be responsible for:
Allocating and distributing sOPEN tokens.
Ensuring all distributions align with the approved guidelines and objectives.
Reporting on fund usage and ensuring transparency in all transactions.
Monthly reports detailing recipients, amounts disbursed, purposes, and expected outcomes must be submitted to the DAO.
All reports will be publicly accessible to maintain transparency and accountability
Delegation of Authority: The DelegatesP3 are granted the authority to use 2,000,000 sOPEN tokens for content creation and community growth initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to:
Direct Distribution via OpenR&D:
Tokens can be distributed directly through tasks on OpenR&D.
Partnerships for Writing Contests:
Tokens can be allocated to partner organizations (e.g., Hackernoon) for specific initiatives like writing contests. Tokens may be sent upfront to the partner organization.
Other Initiatives:
Flexibility to use tokens for various content creation initiatives aimed at growing the Openmesh community, including sponsorships, contests, and direct incentives to content creators.
Pre-approved Authority for Large Expenditures:
Certain large expenditures that are not conducted through OpenR&D are pre-approved under this proposal, thereby not requiring additional approval:
Hackernoon Writing Contest:
Allocate 300,000 sOPEN tokens upfront to Hackernoon for a three-month writing contest.
Major Sponsorships:
Pre-approve the allocation of 300,000 sOPEN tokens for sponsorships with major content creators or influencers in the tech and blockchain spaces. This allocation can be used in one shot to one person or distributed to multiple recipients, including writers, YouTubers, or anyone who can grow our community.
Allocation on OpenR&D:
The remaining sOPEN tokens can be allocated through tasks on OpenR&D. These tasks can include incentives for YouTubers, writers, and other creatives as long as they meet the content eligibility requirements outlined in this proposal.
Approval for Large Expenditures Not on OpenR&D: For token allocations above 300,000 sOPEN and not placed on OpenR&D, the DelegatesP3 must seek approval from the DAO. These allocations, as part of "Other Initiatives," must align with the Content Eligibility Criteria below and passed as non-binding matter proposals.
Reporting and Oversight Mechanisms:
Monthly Reporting:
The DelegatesP3 must submit monthly reports to the DAO. These reports must include:
Recipients of tokens.
Amounts disbursed.
Purposes of the expenditures.
Expected outcomes.
A format for these reports is annexed at the end of this proposal.
Public Access:
All reports will be publicly accessible to ensure transparency. Reports will be published on a dedicated page accessible to all DAO members and the public.
Reports will be submitted to the DAO on a monthly basis in an optimistic proposal, failure or veto of a report would lead to a trigger of a non-binding proposal that could lead to a cancellation of this proposal and burning of the tokens if passed.

Content Contribution Guidelines: The content incentivized by this initiative will cover topics related to Openmesh, including the capabilities of its products and the vision for the project. Eligible products include OpenCircle, OpenR&D, Xnode, OpenAPIs, and Pythia, making Openmesh a thought leader in the DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure) space. The guidelines are flexible to accommodate various methods, including writing contests, sponsorships, and other initiatives that contribute to this goal.
Content Eligibility Criteria: The following criteria must be met for any content to be eligible for sOPEN tokens:
Creator Activity: The creator must have an active audience and presence on a major social media platform.
Creator Relevance: The creator must have previous content related to information technology, cryptocurrency, data science, or open-source software.
Content Quality: The content must be accurate in presentation and make a genuine contribution to the Openmesh ecosystem by distributing information about the project.
Content Relevance: The content must cover the Openmesh project in a major capacity with reasonable detail.
Creators or other parties to said content, receiving benefit from sOPEN, cannot provide benefits to any party related to content handling within the DAO
Actions (Off-chain):
Minting Action: Mint 2,000,000 sOPEN tokens into the multisignature wallet controlled by the DelegatesP3.
Distribution Tracking: All distribution actions must be tracked and reported as described above.
Burning Unused Tokens: Any tokens that are not used will be burned to ensure they are not converted into Openmesh (OPEN) tokens.
